Global Rescue’s management team and Australian based company have operated aviation services for over 12 years. This includes operations in Australia under Air Operator Certificate Number S581939-05 specialising in the SAR / EMS industry.

The company is currently a Supplementary Search & Rescue Unit with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) and coordinated by AusSAR (Australian Search & Rescue) and is the Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) training facility for First Intervention Pty Ltd of Melbourne, Victoria, a paramedic services and training company.

Furthermore, our team of qualified professionals have been involved in search & rescue and medical evacuation missions spanning 20 years, managing such services as well. This has culminated in the development of excellence in not only planning and establishment of operations but in the delivery of such services.

We provide rotary wing SAR services for clients, and consult on the establishment of such services, from the development of Safety Management Systems and Operations Manuals to the sourcing of aircraft and the training of crew.
